Please read before replying.I have no internet design skills. By this I mean I do not know how to code and don’t have time to read/learn. So I basically need to do a website by WYSIWYG (spelling?).I know how to use Photoshop Elements. I want a design like this for the home page: for the bad sketch. Did it in a hurry.How would I design this and what site hosting service should I use? I am looking for free or low cost hosting.
